Miss quoted on wrong materials, then when confronted about price difference, denied it because he didn't want to look bad in front of a female staff member. After not showing for 1 month - rang Matt - said he didn't know when he could do the job but would ring. After 3 weeks - rang again - said he thought the job had been done and would ring back but never did. I would like to say that I found Adam (Supervisor ??) very knowledgeable when he came out to quote.
