  Guys ,your customer service was simply unacceptable !!
  Point 1
  The build time blew out from a 2 day assembly to a whole week.
  Point 2
  Prior to that ,when we had an issue with one of the contractors, you simply told us to deal with it ourselves !
  Point 3
  The small add on to our shed was totally overpriced ! $500 for 2 sheets and 3 short lengths of z channel
  Point 4
  Upon making the final payment, you guys couldn’t even provide us with a proper receipt
  
  In short you guys are a country mile shy of good customer service.

  Great products. Very solid sheds. Great teams of erectors. Friendly office staff. These sheds are certainly made to Australian standards and the materials they use are of high standards. Very happy with our big carport. Looks good and the erector did a fantastic job.

  Very unprofessional. Complete lack of communication, only received information when I called or emailed and hassled for a reply. Contract signed in May 2021, council and covenant approval received months ago, shed still not constructed despite all invoices paid on or following day of issue. Piles of hardware items for shed sitting on new front lawn and killing grass. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend.

  Complete failure of designing our new garage, failure in design and incorrect slab installation llead to building delays And still built a non compliant structure,
  No responsibility taken
  Owner was just aggressive trying to intimate us when we stood out ground thankfully we had held funds
  Smaller syndrome with inflated ego
  Be warned

  Highly recommend. Excellent communication. From start to finish the whole process was easy. Quality materials and we now have a very solid shed and carport. The owner of Just Sheds was very pleasant, Warren who erected our shed and carport was fantastic to deal with and so was Glen the concreter. Wouldn't build a shed or carport with anyone else.
