  Thank you for our beautiful new blinds and awning! We are delighted with the result.
  
  We wish to compliment you on your caring, detailed and comprehensive service - it was second to none!
  
  We knew from the beginning we wanted to use Harlequin Blinds knowing your reputation and through our business connections, however, as the purchase of 14 new binds and a large outdoor awning was going to be a decent investment, we did seek other quotes to be sure. Nothing came close to comparing with your firm.
  
  The service, as mentioned, was exemplary - Julian, you spent a good 1.5 hrs with us going through the pros and cons of various options to suit the different aspects and needs of each room and window. No other firm spent nearly that long, nor had the array of samples and thoughtful recommendations during their presentations.
  
  The price was competitive - in fact a quote from one of the big name, heavy advertisers offering 50-60% off - was significantly more.
  
  We were so pleased that your blinds are manufactured locally - another national firm, which didn't even come back to us with a quote, said their turn-around was many months due to production in China.
  
  Nothing was too much trouble. I personally appreciate your team removing my old curtain and blind fittings for me - it was a great help.
  
  We love the results - the warmth of the rooms and cosy feel is making us very happy this winter!

  Excellent quality , service and attention to detail. I have had a few jobs installed over the years, Julian and the team always deliver and go the extra mile. even came out on a saturday before xmas to complete a small job. Can t beat that, or the price.

  We ordered some zip lock blinds for our deck. Had them installed yesterday and they look great. The installation guys were friendly and efficient, as was Lisa in the office, and Julian, who did the initial quote.
